Widely recognized as the best real estate convention, NATCON-2013 will expect participation of over 800 delegates including developers representing above 100 cities of India. Based on the agenda of “Realty favours the brave — Surviving against all odds” the convention will aim to showcase and debate what the industry can do, in order to take on the challenges including access to capital and innovative technology.

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) is the apex body for private real estate developers in India. CREDAI represents over 9,000 developers through 134 cities and 20 state/city level member associations across the country. Its numerous initiatives and activities help developers come together and work towards better practices, improved customer service and a stronger realty industry.

Lalit Kumar Jain, chairman, CREDAI, says, “While we discuss current challenges like regulator, we will also see innovative funding, instruments and technology; the overall focus will be vision. Motivation by world renowned speakers will be of huge value and those who are big or aspire to be big cannot miss it.”

Mr Jaxay Shah, the National Vice President & Chairman NATCON Organizing Committee, CREDAI says, “In an increasingly changing environment, organizations cannot afford to be complacent, an industry’s dynamics change with time, and economic/regulatory influences. There exists an urgent need to keep in sync with latest business practices, evolving technologies, market dynamics, industry events, and statistical facts, figures and trends. Here comes the importance of such conventions. CREDAI’s NATCON is informative, educative, combative and reformative. This year’s theme unlike previous years is more audacious and pragmatic. Our industry is replete with vagaries and vicissitudes. The quantum of challenges, obstructions and persecution we face is seldom faced by any other industry. Yes, today doing real estate business means spending more time and money to “Brave out and survive all odds”.
