National Planning Commission - NPC report SA problems need new approach: NPC National Planning Commission - Cyril Ramaphosa "South Africa can get rid of poverty and reduce inequality over the next 20 years if it undergoes a paradigm shift," that is according to the national development plan released today. "At the core of the vision statement are two issues.
