One excuse after the other of why the delay in transferring the funds.  We were asked by Dr Richard Mukurumbira to deposit $7,000 into  his personal account as an initiation fee. This we did immediately. As the funding did not take materialise, we insisted that he refunds the $7,000. It is now months later after he agreed to reimburse the funds, and we still waiting. Dr Richard Mukurumbira told us that he was not ratified as a citizen of UAE and therefore he could not legally transfer the funds. Waiting to be ratified.
