From South Africa to the Global Stage: moladi at WUF13

We are honoured to announce that moladi has been selected by the UN-Habitat Practices Hub to be featured at the 13th session of the World Urban Forum in Baku, Azerbaijan this May - #WUF13

Out of countless global submissions, our industrialized housing technology was chosen to be showcased in the Practices Hub digital display and the permanent UN-Habitat repository.

Under the theme “Housing the World: Safe and Resilient Cities and Communities,” moladi was chosen as a "good practice" and will be showcased in the global digital repository of housing solutions.

After 40 years of refining industrialized construction technology, this recognition reinforces a simple truth: the housing crisis is not a lack of money or intent—it is a lack of scalable, efficient implementation. While some doors remain closed locally, the international community is signalling that it is time for a new approach to urban development.
