How Moladi Works

1. Assemble the Formwork

Our modular plastic formwork panels are quickly assembled on-site to create the desired structure shape. The panels interlock to form a hollow wall cavity.

2. Pour the Mortar

A specially formulated mortar mix is poured into the formwork cavity. The mix flows easily to fill all spaces without the need for vibration or compaction.

3. Remove & Reuse

After curing, the formwork is removed to reveal a solid, monolithic structure. The formwork is cleaned and ready for reuse on the next project.
